Katie's Homemade Queso (print)
Provided By: Katie
Description: I came up with this queso that my boys like as a meal:)
Ingredients
1 chub sausage (I use mild but you can use hot)
1 small-medium diced white onion
16 oz. Velveeta (chunked up)
1 bag shredded monterey jack
16 oz. heavy whipping cream
1 can Rotel (again I use mild)
4 oz. can diced green chilies
1 T. cumin (more to taste)
2 packets Sazon Goya (mexican spice packets)
garlic salt (to taste)
pepper (to taste)

Directions
Brown sausage and onion together in pan
Add rest of ingredients (do not drain grease!) and melt into queso
Transfer to crockpot to keep warm for party or simply eat and refrigerate leftovers
