| Chicken | BBQ Chicken Pizza (print) | Provided By: Kerry | Description: easy pizza, tastes even better the second day | Ingredients | 2 c. bisquick
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. very hot water
3 c. cooked chicken, cubed (shredded will work, but not nearly as good)
1 c. BBQ sauce
4 slices precooked bacon, chopped (or 1/4 c. bacon bits)
1/4 c. chopped green onion
2 c. colby jack cheese | Directions | Preheat oven to 400
Mix bisquick, sour cream and water to form a soft dough
Lay on bisquick dusted counter and shape into a ball.
Knead 5 times, then roll into a 14 inch circle
Lay on pizza pan, pizza stone, or large cookie sheet
Mix chicken, onions and BBQ sauce together and spread on dough, leave 1 inch around edges
Fold edges of dough over to the edges of the sauce mixture
Sprinkle half of the bacon, then top with cheese, then sprinkle remaining bacon
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is melted. | Notes | |
