Ingredients
1 can Swansons Beef Broth
28 oz Tomato Puree (My favorite is Contadina)
12 oz Tomato Paste (My favorite is Contadina)
28 oz Tomato Sauce (My favorite is Contadina)
Diced Onion
Minced Garlic (approx. 5-6 cloves)
Fresh sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup sugar
salt, pepper, italian seasoning
2-3 lbs ground beef, unless making meatballs
Directions
Brown Beef with onion, garlic and mushrooms
Add Puree, Paste, Sauce and broth
Add sugar and seasonings
simmer on low
