2 cans sliced cooked carrots (14-15 oz cans)
1 green pepper, diced small
6 green onions, sliced fine, tops included
Dressing Ingredients:
1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow mustard
dash of pepper
| Directions | Combine the salad ingredients and place in a large airtight storage container (old mayo jars work great!) Then, mix the dressing ingredients. Once mixed, pour over carrots. Marinate in the fridge for at least 24 hours, up to a week. Turn/stir every day or so.
