1 small head cauliflower, chopped
1/2 of a red onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
Dressing:
1 pt. mayonnaise (NOT miracle whip)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
| Directions | In a large bowl, place the lettuce on the bottom. Top with cauliflower, then onion, and then bacon. In a medium bowl, mix the dressing ingredients:
Mix and pour over the salad, spreading to the edges, but do NOT stir! Cover tightly and place in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or overnight. Toss and serve.
