| | Crock Pot | | Creamy Italian Chicken (print) | | Provided By: Katie | | Description: A yummy crockpot recipe!!! | | Ingredients | 4-6 chicken breasts
2 envelopes Italian salad dressing mix
½ cup water
¾ c. brown sugar
1 onion, sliced
1 package sliced mushrooms
2 cans cream of chicken
2 blocks of cream cheese
Cooked pasta
| | Directions | | Cut chicken breasts into halves or quarters (depending on size), place in Crockpot with sliced onions. Mix together water, brown sugar and Italian seasoning. Pour over chicken and onions. Cook on 4 hour mode. After about 3 hours, mix together softened cream cheese and cream of chicken. Add into Crockpot with mushrooms, stirring all together. Replace lid and cook another hour. Serve over pasta. | | Notes | | |
