| Dips | Queso Fundido (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: | Ingredients | 1 jar (12-16 oz) roasted red peppers (in jar usually by olives)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups (8 oz....plus a handful) shredded Monterey Jack
4 jalapeno rings (More if you like extra spice)
2T. thinly sliced sun dried tomatoes (Optional)
garlic salt/pepper
| Directions | -Dice up 1/2 of jar and juice of roasted peppers (save rest for next time)
-Dice the 4 jalapeno rings
-Add peppers (and juice), jalapenos and cheese into small cast iron pan or glass baking dish
-Pour cream over the top and mix with a spoon, sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper
-Broil 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown
-Sprinkle with sun dried tomatoes if you like them
**I ate with Tostitos Scoops and they were perfect for holding the gooey dip...enjoy:)
