1 and 1/2 #lbs. ground beef
1/3c. chili sauce
1 T. Montreal steak seasoning
2 t. onion powder | Directions | ~Prepare grill for direct-heat cooking. Fold each of 6 slices cheese into quarters; reserve.
~Gentl,y mix together beef, chili sauce, seasoning and onion powder.; divide into 12 portions. Shape each portion into 4"-wide patty. Place 1 folded piece of cheese in center of 1 patty. Top with another patty; pinch edge together to seal. Repeat with remaining patties and folded cheese.
~Grill burgers, turning once, until no longer pink near cheese centers, 4-5 min./side. Top each with remaining cheese; cook until cheese is melted, about 1 minute.
