| | Dips | | Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip (print) | | Provided By: Katie | | Description: cut in half for two people!!! | | Ingredients | 2- 8oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. mayo (not miracle whip)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated romano
1/2 c. grated parmesan
2 spoonfuls of minced garlic
1 or 2 cans artichoke hearts (drained and diced)
1 package frozen chopped spinach (drained and rinsed)
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
salt and pepper | | Directions | Preheat oven to 350
Grease baking dish
Mix everything together well (until creamy) except for artichokes and spinach. Add them in once mixed. Put in greased baking dish
