| Pasta | Creamy Penne Pasta (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: I made this up one night using things I had...now the boys request it;) | Ingredients | 1 jar alfredo sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 bag shredded mozzarella
1 box penne pasta (or any other pasta)
1/2 c. sugar
1 heaping T. minced garlic
1/2 onion, diced
Italian seasoning, garlic salt, pepper and onion powder to taste (you will use them twice) | Directions | -Cook pasta
-Cook beef, onion, garlic, and a few shakes of italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper until beef and onions are cooked.
-Drain pasta. In pasta pan, combine alfredo sauce, tomato sauce and sugar. Season with italian seasoning, garlic salt, onion powder and pepper. Add in pasta, cooked beef mixture (grease and all), along with bag of mozzarella. Stir all together and pour into 9x13. Bake covered at 350 for 30 min. or until hot. | Notes | |
