| Dips | Three Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip (print) | Provided By: Kelly | Description: | Ingredients | 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 green onions, sliced thin ( I didn't have any, but it was still good!)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese ( I used the green bottle)
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Dash hot sauce
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper | Directions | Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add in mayonnaise and beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and stir together until combined. Transfer to pie plate or shallow dish. Bake 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and dip is bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, veggies, pretzels, etc. | Notes | |
