| | Desserts | | Cake Balls (print) | | Provided By: Katie | | Description: So much fun and YUMMY!!! | | Ingredients | 1 tub frosting (pick your favorite flavor)
1 box cake mix (pick your favorite flavor)
1 pkg. wooden skewers
1 pkg. "almond bark" (chocolate for dipping)
sprinkles or anything else you fancy | | Directions | -bake cake according to directions for a 9x13
-cool cake
-crumble up cake into a mixing bowl and mix with 1/2 tub of frosting
-mix together really well and freeze for 30 minutes
-roll into one inch balls and freeze again for 30 minutes on a foil lined or parchment paper covered cookie sheet
-put them on a skewer and roll into a bowl of melted chocolate. Place it in vase with floral foam on the bottom to dry. You can easily use a fork/skewer and place them on parchment paper also...it makes a flat bottom, but they are still yummy.
*You can sprinkle them with sprinkles or jazz them up with another "colored" melted white chocolate squeezed through a baggie*
