| | Desserts | | Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza (print) | | Provided By: Katie | | Description: I swear...best dessert ever (Thanks Candice) | | Ingredients | 1 package fudge brownie mix (and whatever ingredients are needed for brownie mix)
1 8oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
8 Reese's cups, chopped
2 bananas, coin sliced
1/4 peanuts, chopped
Chocolate Fudge Syrup (thick like Smuckers...not Hershey's)
| | Directions | Cut a circle of parchment paper to fit a pizza stone. Prepare brownie mix according to package and pour onto parchment paper lined pizza stone. (I swear this is the coolest thing...it does not run off!!!) Bake at 375 until brownie is set...DO NOT overbake!
Mix together cream cheese, brown sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Spread over cooled brownie. At this point you can either follow to the next step or let the brownie with pb chill in fridge. I liked it cold so I would chill but it was also good warm:)
Sprinkle peanuts, bananas and Reese's over the top, drizzle with fudge. Cut with pizza cutter and serve! | | Notes | | |
