| Pork & Turkey | Leftover Turkey Fettuccine Casserole (print) | Provided By: Katie | Description: I made this up when I had leftover turkey after Easter! | Ingredients | 2 boxes fettuccine noodles ( I used about 1 1/2 boxes worth in recipe)
leftover turkey, shredded
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 med. onion
1 package sliced mushrooms
3 jars alfredo sauce (any brand)
1/2. shredded parm.
1 bag shredded mozzarella
heaping spoon minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
salt & pepper, italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt
| Directions | Cook noodles al dente, drain and put into 9x13
Saute diced onion, mushrooms and heaping spoon of garlic in butter until cooked
Add peas/carrots, shredded parm. and jars of alfredo, simmer until cheese is melted
Add seasonings to taste
Pour over and mix with pasta
Sprinkle with mozzarella, bake covered at 350 for 1/2 hour. Uncover and brown cheese.
