Leftover Turkey Fettuccine Casserole (print)

Description: I made this up when I had leftover turkey after Easter!
Ingredients
2 boxes fettuccine noodles ( I used about 1 1/2 boxes worth in recipe)
leftover turkey, shredded
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
1 med. onion
1 package sliced mushrooms
3 jars alfredo sauce (any brand)
1/2. shredded parm.
1 bag shredded mozzarella
heaping spoon minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
salt & pepper, italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt
Directions
Cook noodles al dente, drain and put into 9x13
Saute diced onion, mushrooms and heaping spoon of garlic in butter until cooked
Add peas/carrots, shredded parm. and jars of alfredo, simmer until cheese is melted
Add seasonings to taste
Pour over and mix with pasta
Sprinkle with mozzarella, bake covered at 350 for 1/2 hour. Uncover and brown cheese.
Yummy with french bread
