| Chicken | Chicken Salad (print) | Provided By: Kerry | Description: Chicken salad mixture for sandwiches | Ingredients | 2 large cans of chicken (Sams Club cans- 13 oz each)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 oz (2/3 c.) sliced almonds
2 T. olive oil
2/3 c. (heaping) mayo
1 1/2 c. halved red grapes
salt/pepper to taste
| Directions | Shred chicken with fork, mix with all ingredients. Chill for several hours. Serve on croissants (I recommend) or other bread. | Notes | |
