egg roll wrappers (30 ct)
1 lb. ground pork
1/2 oinion, diced
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 can straw mushrooms, drained and chopped
1/2 package green onions, diced
2-4 T. sugar (to taste)
2-4 T. hoison sauce (to taste)
2-4 T. oyster sauce (to taste)
1 t. ground ginger
pepper
| Directions | Cook onion and pork in skillet (do not drain grease). Add water chestnuts, mushroom and green onions. Add sugar, spices and sauces to taste, let simmer for about five minutes. Remove from pan. Scoop into egg roll wrappers (do not overstuff), roll, seal and fry until golden brown. | Notes | |
