1 box pasta (I used bowties)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 jar vodka sauce (it's a creamy red sauce) | Directions | Cut up sausage, peppers and onions into bite sized chunks. Cook in a little olive oil and garlic on cooktop. Add vodka sauce to greasy pan full of cooked items, simmer on low about 20 minutes. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh parmasen. | Notes | |
