1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 medium chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. bacon bits (I use the 'real bacon' bits)
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. mayo
5 oz. frozen peas, thawed
2 T. sugar
2celery ribs, chopped
1/2 c. croutons
1 peeled and shredded carrot
| Directions | Arrange lettuce in the bottom of a deep baking dish (like a glass truffle bowl). Sprinkle with bacon bits. Layer with remainin vegetables ans sprinkle with cheese. Combine mayo and sugar on bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving, toss and add croutons. | Notes | |
