1/3c. BBQ sauce
2T. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can costco/sams chicken breast
1 white onion
1/2 c. bacon crumbles
1 c. mozz. cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar (or any other yellow) | | Directions | -Cook pizza crust according to directions
-spread BBQ sauce on pizza crust
-sprinkle sugar over BBQ sauce
- cut butter in half, melt into two different pans
-carmelize onions in one pan and saute shredded chicken with some garlic salt, onion powder and pepper in the other pan
-sprinkle bacon crumbles over pizza
-sprinkle chicken over pizza
-sprinkle onions over pizza
-sprinkle both cheeses over pizza
-bake at 400 degrees until melted and bubbly | | Notes | | |
