1 bottle Italian dressing
1/2 cup Heinz 57
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1 onion chopped | Directions | -cut excess fat from brisket
-combine Italian dressing, Heinz 57, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and onion for marinade.
-marinade brisket overnight.
-heat smoker to 300 degrees.
=place brisket fat side down in smoker.
-smoke 5-6 hours.
-at hour six, wrap brisket in foil and smoke an additional 3-4 hours, until tender
