Cheddar Cheese | | Directions | 1. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
2. Coat both sides of chicken breasts with taco seasoning and place in pan. (original recipe calls for 1 tsp per breast, but I just dump taco seasoning on and spread until breast was covered)
3. Spread salsa over chicken (I use about 1 c. for 4 breasts)
4. cook at 375 for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over chicken (as much or as little as you like) and heat until melted. | | Notes | | |
