soy sauce
milk

The original recipe had ingredient amounts, however I didn't follow them, I just used as much as necessary of each | Directions | 1. Rub salt and garlic onto chicken breasts
2. Pour soy sauce into a bag and place chicken in to marinate. (the original recipe says 3-4 hours, but I left mine in for about 10 hours and it was good)
3. Take chicken out, dip each breast in milk and coat with crushed cornflakes.
4. Bake at 210 degrees for 25 minutes
5. Change oven to 400 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely through. | Notes | |
