Description: Taste like Chilis
Ingredients
1 c. flour
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 egg
1 c. milk
2 chicken breasts
4-6 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Franks hot sauce
1 Tbl butter
Directions
1. combine flour, salt, peppers and paprika in a bowl
2. in another bowl whisk egg and milk together
3. slice each breast into 6 pieces, preheat oil to 375 degrees
4. dip chicken into egg mixture then into flour, repeat so chicken is double coated
5. after all chicken is breaded arranged on plate and chill for 15 min
6. after chicken is rested drop in oil and cook 5-6 minutes until browned
7. as chicken fries mix hot sauce and butter (either in mocrowave or on stove), pour into large bowl
8. add chicken to sauce and shake to coat chicken
